Chelsea is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It is in the Local Government Area of the City of Kingston. Chelsea is located on Port Philip Bay about 35 kilometres from Melbourne's central business district and is a popular beachside location during the summer months. Chelsea Pier is a popular fishing spot.
