Cheepurupalli or Chipurupalle is a rural town and Mandal in the Vizianagaram district of Andhra Pradesh, India.[1]

Chipurupalle is located at 18.3° N 83.5667° E.[2] It has an average elevation of 83 meters (275 feet).

Cheepurupalli mandal has 58,000 population in 2001. Males consists of 29,036 and females 28,964 of the population. The average literacy rate is 52%, less than the national average of 59.5%. Male literacy rate is 63% and that of females 41%.

There are 32 revenue villages and 17 village panchayats in Cheepurupalli mandal.

It houses the Ferro Manganese plant, which provides a source of employment for the residents.

Cheepurupalli is connected with rail. Cheepurupalli station is located on Howrah-Chennai mainline. It can be reached by a journey of two hours by road from visakhapatnam and one hour from vizianagaram.
