Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
Against Piper's wishes, Paige and Phoebe summon Grams for Chris's wiccaning. To put an end to the boys' sibling rivalry, Grams puts a spell on them, but in the process turns the sisters back to bickering teenagers. Meanwhile, Leo consults a demonic Seer to find out who attacked Wyatt and learns that he has a connection to Wyatt's attacker, and Phoebe attends an award ceremony with Les, only to end up acting like a love-struck teenager.

- This episode is a play on words to the film Cheaper by the Dozen.
- Baby Chris receives his Wiccaning in this episode. His brother had one previous to him in the episode Necromancing the Stone.
- This is the first episode to show actress Charisma Carpenter as the new Seer. She played a similar role on the tv series Angel as clairvoyant Cordelia Chase.
- This is the first time all of the family has been together under one roof (minus Prue, of course).
- When Paige said the To Summon a Spirit spell, she left out the line Come to me, I summon thee Also she says "Hear these words, hear me now!" when it is actualy "Hear those words, hear my rhyme."
- While originally a continuity error, the writers put in the "witch talk" Grams referred to, between Grams and young Piper in the series finale, Forever Charmed, referring to the special gifts she would one day inherit.
