Charles Douglas is a resident of Willow Creek in Humboldt County, California, although he spent much of his childhood in Manhattan Beach and college years in Arcata where he dropped out. With a desire to write news articles and opinion columns for some of the local publications, Douglas started the Humboldt Sentinel in 2005. He can be reached by mail via the Sentinel at 917 Third Street, Suite E, Eureka, CA 95501, by phone at (530) 629-2496.
