ChaTo is the nickname of Carlos Alberto Alejandro CASTILLO Ocaranza (1977-). I am a computer engineer and PhD in Computer Science. I research on Web Information Retrieval and write on Web development. I am also a partner of Newtenberg.

I am currently a Postdoc at University of Rome "La Sapienza" in Rome, Italy. There I research on Web Spam, Web Characterization and did a Temporal Analysis of the Wikigraph
