The Ultimate Battle: Cha! (Japanese: ベストバトルはしゃーんなろー!! - Besuto batoru wa shānnarō!!) is episode 42 of the anime series Naruto. The episode's storyline is from the Chūnin Exam manga arc.

The fight starts off with Sakura using a replication technique to hit Ino and then telling her to fight properly. Above, Kakashi and Naruto talk about Sakura's great Chakra control, saying she does it even better than Sasuke. The fight continues and both sides are evenly matched. They then exchange verbal insults which causes Ino to cut her hair in frustration, throwing it between her and Sakura. Ino then prepares to use her special technique the Mind Transfer Jutsu, while Sakura lists the weaknesses of the technique. The Mind Transfer Jutsu's disadvantages are that if the user misses, then they will not be able to return to their body for several minutes, leaving them open to attack. Ino makes hand signs and activates her jutsu. She then slumps to her knees, having seemingly failed her jutsu. Sakura laughs, and begins to move towards Ino, but is trapped, held by strings of chakra. These strings are made from Ino's hair. Then, Ino properly uses the mind transfer technique on Sakura. Ino, in Sakura's body, begins to say that she surrenders, but is interrupted by Naruto, who cheers Sakura on. Ino says it is useless but upon hearing Naruto, Ino is forced out by Inner Sakura. Both Ino and Sakura run at each other and knock each other out. Neither of them pass the round.
The next fight is then picked: Tenten versus Temari. Ino and Sakura discuss their friendship.

- When Ino and Sakura are shown unconscious on the floor, only Sakura's forehead protector was shown.
