Talk:Charles Village, Baltimore

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"While some vocal residents feel that the district doesn't do enough or does the wrong things, few Charles Villagers call for its outright abolition (a candidate running for the Baltimore City Council on just that platform received less than a hundred votes at a recent election)."

Is this a sideways way to express that the issue of CVCBD dissolution is a non-starter? I don't think the factual statement is all that well tied to the parenthetical one about how many votes a candidate gets in a city election. Thoughts?
