[edit] leaky dispensationalist

In this part: "It is written from a cessationist, dispensational and evangelical viewpoint." dispensational isn't totally accurate. He is Calvinist in his view of predestination but I think he calls himself a "leaky dispensationalist". I'm not quite sure how to fix this. Perhaps we could remove it or qualify it with "somewhat". Someone more familiar with the book and MacArthur should probably make the call.
