This seems badly organized to me... I think it would be better to start out by sorting the characters by dimension, rather than to go by alignment, which is confusing and often contradictory. This has the added advantage of helping to clear up the currently rather muddled explanation of the dimentions.

As I see it, the simplest way to sort things would be something like this...

Regular Dimension

Main Characters
Hereti-Corp

Oh, I have to go, I'll finish this later. Sorry! Go ahead and add stuff and just ignore me if you want to... Oracleoftruth 02:21, 10 May 2005 (UTC)

I would rather list main characters first, main villians second, then minor characters by group. Nifboy 03:20, 10 May 2005 (UTC)
Actually, that might work better. My point was more that there needed to be better organisation, regardless of what that ends up being. Someon else will have to re-organize it... I'm fairly new to Wiki, and I don't understand that aspect of the system well enough to be sure of not screwing up. Oracleoftruth 16:27, 12 May 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Character Pics

The 'first appearance' pics of a number of characters have recently been added. My thought is, is it better to have first appearance, or to use ones that might better show the character? This is also mildly confusing due to the fact that snipets of dialoge in the pictures have no context reference. Just a thought. Donovan Ravenhull 10:59, 25 August 2005 (UTC)

Ya I added them and you're right. For some, like riff and torg, it's a good example of that character but like gwynn it's not. If you can find some better examples feel free to replace them. I was planning on adding a few select minor character pics. Thanks for the feedback, I'll see if I can find a better Gwynn, and Aylee, zoƫ and Bun-Bun while I'm there. Any help would be great, If you want to feel free to post on my talk page. Olleicua 23:58, 25 August 2005 (UTC)

I wonder about spinning off some off the minor characters/plot to sperate entries for each of the sluggy books

[edit] Dune allegory?

Seems that "Quadsatz Haderach" in the harry potter parody-section sounds rather familier. Very much so, in fact, like from dune. Maybe this should be mentioned?

It was something there all right, but I can't remember what. Doubt this was allegory, though. Ville V. Kokko 20:39, 8 November 2006 (UTC)

It was the main character of Dune, the prophet. [Link]--Something unpredictable 14:12, 10 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Speculation, and it wasn't even any good

I removed the speculation about Kareen Zalia and Oasis's relationship. It shouldn't have been there simply because it was speculation, and furthermore it was based on what I am sure was a misunderstanding of something much simpler. (When Feng spoke of Oasis going to find out that Kareen had abandoned her, what reason is there to think he didn't mean what was currently happening, ie. when she was planning to evict him and Oasis? Not that I care if there's a reason, that's still blatant speculation.) Ville V. Kokko 20:50, 8 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Things that just happened

I don't think it's a good idea to edit this article to add characters who have not even appeared in a whole storyline yet. This isn't an article reporting a current event, so why have comments like "as of 10/06/2006, they're encaged in a fierce battle" or something? The same goes for new details about old characters when the details haven't been fully explained yet and can't be reported properly.

Similarly, there are mostly general summaries of the main characters, not details of everything that has happened to them. That's fine by me, but then please don't add details of the most recent thing to have happened to them, either. "Oasis is some kind of a brainwashed gymnastic assassin who has returned from the dead several times in different circumstances over the years. Last week she was shot in the head but resurrected to fight her attacker." That's not very cohesive or whatever the term is. And those events aren't of greater importance than others just because they happened just a while ago.

I may make appropriate changes later myself. Ville V. Kokko 12:05, 19 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] This article burns my eyes

There is too much unencyclopedic notes in here. Speculation in almost every character things as well as side notes all over the place. Who allows this stuff to stay on here?70.17.0.102 16:16, 23 March 2007 (UTC)

I'm back, and I updated a little bit. I fixed up the Friends of the Cast section a bit, removing a lot of speculation and uses of the first-person (Also how do type here so everything is indented so you know I'm replying?)Mavrickindigo 16:32, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
