Charterhouse Group, Inc is an American private equity firm dedicated to investing in middle-market companies with capitalisations between $100 million and $500 million. The company has, through its limited partnerships, in excess of $1.3 billion of managed capital. Charterhouse concentrates on healthcare services, business services, and consumer services.

The company was founded in 1973.
