Charlyne Yi; a performance artist: sings, dances, plays guitar, drums, clarinet, piano, games, cooks, performs magic and puppetry. Her life long dream has been to create a show - a show that would entertain any living thing: both child and grown up. Charlyne Yi has been compared to Andy Kaufman and Paul Rubens' character, Pee Wee Herman for her child-like wonder and her passion for playing with the audience.

In October 2004, Charlyne Yi broke into the comedy world by performing at AA meetings, Veteran’s homes, and biker bars throughout the little dirt town of Fontana, CA (aka The Home of The Hells Angels). Since then, she has performed in numerous shows at The Steve Allen Theatre and The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. This year she has also perform a solo show at HBO's U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Colorado.

She will make her first debut on the big screen June 1st 2007 in Judd Apatow's film, Knocked Up.
