Charlton Athletic Ladies' Football Club (CALFC) play in the Women's Premiership in England. They are the second-most successful club in the Premiership (after Arsenal L.F.C.), with 3 titles won, as well as 2 League Cups and 3 FA Women's Cups (the first two as Croydon L.F.C.). In the 2005–2006 season, they finished third in the league.

In 2001, CALFC set the record for the biggest sponsorship deal in English women's football.

The LFC is supported by an established women's football academy, which is run by Charlton Athletic F.C. in partnership with London Leisure College and University of Greenwich. CAFC boasts that over 100 female players, at various levels, represent the club.

A number of CALFC players have played for England, including Eniola Aluko and Casey Stoney.
