Charlotte Ramsey is a fictional character in the book series Beacon Street Girls written by Annie Bryant. The Beacon Street Girls is a children's book series aimed towards promoting self-expression and healthy lifestyles to 9-13 year old girls. Charlotte Ramsey is one of the 5 main characters. She is the self-acknowledged "klutz" of the group and enjoys reading, writing and traveling. She is kind, sensitive, and soft-spoken. Charlotte's house in Boston, Massachusetts has a tower which the Beacon Street Girls use as a meeting place. It is also home to the BSG's pet puppy, Marty. Her dad is a writer and professor who has made her move from Tanzania, Australia and Paris to Brookline, Massachusetts where she grew up.
