Charlotte Kemp (born Charlotte Helmkamp, on January 27, 1961 in Omaha) is an American model and actress. She was chosen as Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for the December 1982 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Ken Marcus.

Charlotte's Playmate pictorial and centerfold memorably depicted her wearing old-fashioned lingerie and a 19th-century corset; Playboy continued to publish outtakes from this layout into their early newsstand specials for the rest of the 1980s.

In her filmed video centerfold (featured in the home release Playmate Review 3) she is seen taking a bath in the tub of the famous Playboy Mansion in Chicago. One scene has her emerging underwater from the tub to rinse off in a stream of water, another has her kicking her legs in the air while she's in the suds of soap, then going underwater. The final scene shows her slowly stripping and lowly around on Hugh Hefner's famous rotating bed.

Charlotte continued to model for many years. She also is an avid athlete and helped to establish the Playboy Running Team, which has included other Playmates such as Cathy St. George, Ava Fabian, Patty Duffek and Amanda Hope, among others. Today she co-owns a company that produces beds for pets. She is divorced and has one daughter.
