Charles Edward Capel Martin (born in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, April 21, 1913 - died in Chelsea, London, February 19, 1998) was an auto racing driver from England.

He participated at first edition, in 1936 of Hungarian Grand Prix with Alfa Romeo.
