Charlie Justice (May 18, 1924 - October 17, 2003) was an American football player who played running back for the Washington Redskins in 1950, and from 1952 to 1954.

After graduating from Asheville High School, Justice, nickname "Choo-Choo", attended the University of North Carolina and twice was first-team All-American and twice was runner up for the Heisman Trophy. He was drafted in the 16th round of the 1950 NFL Draft by Washington. Justice became the Redskins’ third all-time leading rusher and is a member of the Washington Redskins’ Ring of Fame. He died in 2003. Justice holds the honor of being on the all time 70 Greatest Redskins list.
