Charlie Dean

Charles "Charlie" Vincent Dean is a fictional character on the long-running Channel 4 British television soap opera Hollyoaks.

Born on the 21st December 2006. Charlie was born while his mother, Becca Dean was in court facing a possible 14 years of sentence. She went into labour while the verdict was announcing if she was guilty or innocent. Becca was rushed into hospital while Jake and Nancy were waiting outside.

Since his arrival in 2006, Charlies parents, Becca and Jake Dean, have been very protective of him.

While Becca was in prison, Jake and Becca's sister, Nancy Hayton have been taking care of him. But he was stolen by Justin Burton and Sonny Valentine when he was left in the car they stole by Jake. Justin held Charlie in his arms and relised that it was possible he could be the father despite Jake telling everyone he had done a DNA test. However, Jake did not open this test and does not know whether or not he really is Charlie's father.

After his mothers recent death Charlie has been looked after by Jake and Nancy.
