Charlie Darenne

Charlie Darenne, known as Cédé is a French strip cartoonist, born in 1987. In 1999, he takes for "Cédé" pseudonym, variation of his initials: "C.D"

Mad on Comic strips since his youth, he discovers the creation of a Comic strips at the time of a training course organized by the festival of Baule with the author Dominique Mainguy. It will be advised thereafter always by Dominique Mainguy, but also by authors such: Bruno Bazile, Jésus...

He gained many prices of which a National Gold Squirrel to the international festival of Angouleme 2004.

  • One finds also his boards in the work "Le Tour à Pornic", works paying homage to Tour de France.
  • Its work is also found in the National Calendar of the OCCE (Central Office of the Co-operation at the School).
  • He is the originator of the visual graphics of the town of Aumont-Aubrac for a series of envelopes pre-stamped of the Post office on the topic of the Ways of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle.
  • One also finds it on the realization of posters for groups of music such "Les Branquignols du Gévaudan", ...
