Charles "The Hammer" Evans is a WWE developmental talent currently plying his craft in the Ohio Valley Wrestling territory. Evans began training for a career inside the squared circle at OVW's training facilities, eventually working his way onto house shows and TV tapings. He signed a developmental deal in August of 2006, just a few days prior to defeating Seth Skyfire for his first taste of gold, the OVW Television Championship. He would notch one more reign, defeating Devin Driscoll in November to regain the strap.

Most recently, Evans has begun teaming with OVW newcomer Justin "The Ox" LaRoche, and feuding with Aaron Stevens.
