Charles Victor Fairbairn

Charles Victor Fairbairn was a Bishop of the Free Methodist Church, elected in 1939. He was born 22 November 1890 in Ventnor, Ontario, Canada. His father was a Scotch Baptist, his mother an Adventist. Charles was licensed to preached in the Methodist Church of Canada in 1912. He joined the Free Methodist Church in 1918. Throughout his career he served as Pastor, Evangelist, District Elder and Bishop.
