Charles Schlee was an American cyclist who competed in the early twentieth century.

He competed in Cycling at the 1904 Summer Olympics in Missouri and won the gold medal in the 5 mile. He also competed in Cycling at the 1904 Summer Olympics - 1/3 mile and reached the final but finished in fourth position.
