Charles Milby Dale (March 8, 1893September 28, 1978) was an American lawyer and Republican politician from Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Born in 1893 in Browns Valley, Minnesota, he served as mayor of Portsmouth, in the New Hampshire state senate, and on the Governor's Council before his two terms as Governor. He died in 1978 in Portsmouth. He is buried at the Valley View Cemetery in his birth town of Browns Valley, Minnesota.
