Charles Leslie Glover is a Liberal Democrat councillor in the City of Manchester, England. Living in Gorton, he is a councillor in the Gorton South ward. He was elected to the Council in the by-election triggered by the death of former Lord Mayor James Ashley.

Glover was previously a councillor on the Oldham local authority representing Failsworth where he grew up. Notoriously when first elected to Oldham Borough Council, Glover beat the then leader of the council.

Outwith the council, Glover works as a political analyst in Manchester.
