Charles Hallac is a Managing Director at BlackRock, Inc. and Head of the BlackRock Solutions platform within BlackRock.

He grew up in Manila, Philippines and graduated from the International School of Manila. He graduated from Brandeis University. He, his wife and their 3 children live in Scarsdale, NY.
