Charles Cecil Dennis

Charles Cecil Dennis (1931-1980) was a politician in Liberia. He was foreign minister under William Tolbert from 1973 until the coup d'etat by Samuel Doe in April 1980. Dennis was killed on 22 April, 1980, 10 days after tbe death of President Tolbert. He was preceded by Rocheforte Lafayette Weeks and eventually replaced by Gabriel Bacchus Matthews.
