Chapli kabab

The Chapli Kabab is a dish from Pakistan's NWFP Province. It is verypopular in the city of Peshawar. It is one of the national dishes of pushtuns/pathans. Famous places for making chalpi kabab are Bukhso Pull Kabab place near Charsadda, Jaleel Kabab house in Peshawar, Kababs places in Taroo and Takht Bhai.
It is made of minced beef and is lightly spiced and cooked on a large flat griddle with animal fat.
