A music video was released for this song at the same time that the album it was on was released. The music video shows the band volunteering at a nursing home. They play their song for the old folks, in addition to assisting them (including one instance where Theissen must perform CPR on an unconscious man). By the end of the video, the band has the place moshing, and they have to escape before they get lost in the crowd. As the band runs down the stairs, the old folks throw the band's instruments all over the room. As an added joke, when the band is running away at the end, drummer Dave Douglas trips and falls, and then he quickly gets back up and keeps going. This short joke at the end of the video has become a fan favorite. This was the final Relient K music video with bassist Brian Pittman.
