Chaojhou, Pingtung

Chaojhou (Chinese: 潮州) is an urban township in western Pingtung County, Republic of China (Taiwan).
Chaojhou is named after Teochew (Chaozhou), China. According history book, the people from Teochew land here in 1724, then name this land by their hometown.
