Chants et Contes de Noël (meaning The Christmas Songs and Tales) is Céline Dion's fifth French album and second Christmas album released in Quebec, Canada on November 14, 1983.

[edit] Album information

Chants et Contes de Noël includes three songs (2, 4, 8) from Céline Dion's first Christmas release Céline Dion Chante Noël (1981). The album (which proved to be a moderate success in Quebec) was promoted by "Un Enfant" - Jacques Brel's cover. Chants et Contes de Noël included "À Quatre Pas d'Ici" - an adaptation of Bucks Fizz's UK #1 hit "Land of Make Believe." Authors of that song wrote for Dion singles like "Think Twice" and "Call the Man" many years later.
