Chanel Capra

Chanel Capra (born on 25 June 1978 in New York City) is an American screenwriter, actor and film producer.
Capra interned at The Shooting Gallery, a production company, before branching out into screenwriting and independent production.
Capra was raised in Bronx, New York but currently lives in Los Angeles, California with her mother and siblings, including actor Francis Capra. Her father was killed in 2003.
In 2004, Capra was sued, along with attorney John Dellaverson and Lions Gate Entertainment, by film producer Leigh Ann Burton for breach of contract and false promise relating to the production of a film project called Dying for Dolly (later re-named In The Mix). Capra formed a production company with Lions Gate Films, DFD Productions, Inc. for the production of this film.
