Chaman Lal Gupta

Chaman Lal Gupta s a former minister of state in Government of India. He was union minister of state of defence from 2002 to 2004.Earlier he held portfolio of food processing and civil avaiation . He was born in 1934 in Jammu and did MSC from a Jammu College and from Allahabad University.He is a leader of Bharatiya Janata Party .He is member of 11,1th and 13th Lok Sabha from Udhampur
