Chaetocorophium lucasi is a species of amphipod in the family Corophiidae.
It is found only in New Zealand - in the North Island lakes Rotorua, Waikare, and Rotoiti, and at Whakatane, Raglan, Waitara, and Wanganui - and in the South Island in lakes and intertidal mudflats. It is epigean.
