Chad Scott

Chad Oliver Scott (born September 6, 1974 in Capitol Heights, Maryland) is an American football defensive back for the New England Patriots of the National Football League. Scott attended Towson University and the University of Maryland. To date, he has 0 sacks and 19 interceptions. He was originally drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers as the 24th pick in the first round of the 1997 NFL Draft. He was released by the Steelers on February 25, 2005. He was signed by the Patriots as a free agent on April 26, 2005.
