Chà sìu bàau (Traditional Chinese: 叉燒包; Simplified Chinese: 叉烧包; pinyin: chā shāo bāo) are Cantonese roast pork buns.
The buns are filled with barbecue-flavoured char siu pork and onions. They are served as a type of dim sum and are also sold in Chinese bakeries. There are two kinds of chà sìu bàau: steamed (white outside) and baked (brown colour and with glaze). The baked variety are called chà sìu bàau.
