AFAIK the cold beet soup is called "Chlodnik litewski" in Poland. `'mikka (t) 19:11, 10 October 2006 (UTC)

"Chłodnik litewski" means "lithuanian chłodnik" Piotrek91 20:37, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
"Saltibarscai" means "cold beets" or "cold borscht". Dr. Dan 20:22, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
