Château du Plessis-Bourré is a Château of the Loire Valley in France situated in the commune of Écuillé in the Maine-et-Loire departement. Built between 1468 and 1472 by Jean Bourré, an advisor to King Louis XI, it was classified as a Monument historique in 1931.

Today Château du Plessis-Bourré is operated by the Sauvebeuf family and is open for visits by the public.
