CFYZ is a Canadian radio station, broadcasting on AM 1280 in Mississauga, Ontario. Owned and operated by the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, the station broadcasts flight arrival and departure schedules, and traffic and weather reports relating to Toronto Pearson International Airport.
The station commenced operation in the mid 1980s, originally on AM 530 before switching to 1280 when Fort Erie's CJFT was assigned 530. On May 31, 2005 the radio service was suspended, however the station has since returned to the air.
As of April 9th, 2007 CFYZ will become Canada's first all Business Radio station as AM 1280 CFBN Radio
