To-do list for CFNY-FM: edit  · history  · watch  · refresh
  • Article is in desperate need of citations
  • History section can probably be cleaned up and/or reorganized
  • Past personalities section is quite unsightly. Either it has to be majorly cleaned up (such as a table consisting of name/position/time worked at the station), or should be removed.
  • The article contains next to no images (save for the station logo).
  • I'd like this article to be pushed to GA status, if not FA!
Priority 3

[edit] Callsign

I added the C Fuck New York as the callsign. I heard that it stood for that somewhere (maybe on the station myself). But I'm pretty sure that it doesn't mean North York... the station never broadcasted from North York.

  • It's fine to note "Fuck New York" as a backronym (a humorous but probably not really true post facto explanation), but we cannot assert that it's the real meaning of the CFNY callsign without a definitive source. Bearcat 23:56, 8 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit] CD Compilations

I'm not sure where to put this, but at least one CD was released which seems to be a feature of semi-indy music. One release was "Campus Tour Sampler '96" [1] which I used to have. -- Sy / (talk) 07:32, 6 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Past personality section

I don't really like that section; it's pretty much a large list of redlinks. I think that we need to somehow reorganize it or get rid of it. Thoughts? –Dvandersluis 14:56, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
