CFGL-FM is a French language Canadian radio station located in Laval, Quebec, near Montreal. While the station's city of licence is Laval and its studios are actually in that city, it operates as a Montreal station.

Owned and operated by Cogeco, it broadcasts on 105.7 MHz with an effective radiated power of 41,000 watts (class C1) using an omnidirectional antenna.

The station became the first Rhythmic Adult Contemporary radio station ever since adopting the "Rythme FM" name in 1999. It opened in 1968 with an adult contemporary format and was one of the first standalone FM stations to be licensed in Canada. It is the flagship of the "Rythme FM" network which operates across much of Quebec.
