The CETME Mod LC (AKA Cet-mod LC) is the 5.56mm counterpart of their previous 7.62mm Assault Rifle, It is comparable with the HK 33 and Heckler & Koch G41 assault rifles, It as now been replaced in Spanish service with a licence-built variant of the G36.
