Cesare Arbasia

Cesare Arbasia (1540s - 1614)was an Italian painter of the Mannerist period. Born and active in Saluzzo and active in Rome and Spain (c. 1579), including Malaga and Cordoba in a Mannerist style. He trained with Federico Zuccaro. In Cordoba, he painted in the ceiling of the cathedral; while in Savigliano, the ceiling of the church of the Benedictine Monks. In Saluzzo, he helped fresco the town hall.
