Cesarò is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Messina in the Italian region Sicily, located about 120 km east of Palermo and about 80 km southwest of Messina. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,709 and an area of 216.5 km2.[1]
Cesarò borders the following municipalities: Alcara li Fusi, Bronte, Capizzi, Caronia, Cerami, Longi, Maniace, Militello Rosmarino, San Fratello, San Teodoro, Troina.
