I re-rated this article as a B-class b/c it briefly summarizes every major appearance of Cerebra and includes structures such as infoboxes. Someone who is unfamiliar with her character would grab a good understanding of who she is and her importance to the Marvel 2099 line. Tullyman 06:31, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
