Certified Grocers Midwest is a retailers' cooperative serving independent supermarkets in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, andWisconsin. It was founded in 1940 and is a member of Retailer Owned Food Distributors & Associates. Many of its stores serve the Hispanic community. It distributes Country's Delight brand bread as a store brand.

It is headquartered in Hodgkins, Illinois near Chicago
