Central Scranton Expressway

The Central Scranton Expressway is a short freeway southeast of downtown Scranton, Pennsylvania, United States, running from U.S. Route 11 and Pennsylvania Route 307 at the Spruce Street Bridge over Roaring Brook near downtown east to Interstate 81. It carries unsigned State Route 3022.
