The Central Hillside is a neighborhood in Duluth, Minnesota, located directly uphill from the city's downtown. It is widely regarded by area residents as one of the "rough" parts of town and suffers from a relatively high rate of poverty.^{[citation needed]} However, at the same time it is afforded an excellent view of the city and lake.

Duluth's Mesaba Avenue (Hwy.194) travels through the Central Hillside neighborhood.

The Central Hillside is also one of the city's most diverse neighborhoods.
