Central Coast Grammar School is a co-educational, K-12 private day school located in Erina Heights, New South Wales, Australia. The school is part of the NSW education system and also offers the International Baccalaureate.[1]
The school was established by a group of prospective parents who appointed Ron Chambers as a consultant and as first Head. The mission of the school is "Striving for excellence in all endeavours in a happy caring and supportive envronment".
The school is a member of the Independent Schools Association.

The school was founded by a group of local people in 1985, most of which became parents at the school and later created the P&F(Parents and Friends) Assosiation. The first school assembly took place at Avoca Beach Theatre in 1985, and was later moved to its present location at Erina Heights.
