Centerport is a borough in Berks County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 327 at the 2000 census.
It is in Schuylkill Valley School District.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 327 people, 129 households, and 93 families residing in the borough. The population density was 664.5/km² (1,714.4/mi²). There were 138 housing units at an average density of 280.4/km² (723.5/mi²). The racial makeup of the borough was 96.94% White, 0.61% African American, 0.61% Native American, 0.92% from other races, and 0.92% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.06% of the population.
There were 129 households out of which 28.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 59.7% were married couples living together, 5.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.9% were non-families. 17.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 3.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.53 and the average family size was 2.88.
In the borough the population was spread out with 22.0% under the age of 18, 10.7% from 18 to 24, 31.2% from 25 to 44, 22.9% from 45 to 64, and 13.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females there were 97.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 102.4 males.
The median income for a household in the borough was $47,115, and the median income for a family was $51,250. Males had a median income of $30,938 versus $23,750 for females. The per capita income for the borough was $20,927. About 2.3% of families and 4.6% of the population were below the poverty line, including 3.3% of those under age 18 and 6.4% of those age 65 or over.
