Centertelecom is a fixed-wire telecommunications service provider and Internet service provider (ISP) in Russia. It is currently ranked 5th among telecom companies in Russia, after Rostelecom, MTS, Vympelcom and MegaFon. A majority of Centertelecom's stock is held by the Svyazinvest Holding Company. The company is listed on the MICEX and RTS stock exchanges.
