Centennial Campus Middle School

Centennial Campus Middle School is a magnet middle school in Raleigh, North Carolina. CCMS has had 2 different principals since the school was built, Edye Morris-Bryant and Dr. Kenneth Branch. They have had one assistant principal, Dr. Gloria Jones. Now it has one main principal, Edye Morris-Bryant, and two assistant principles, Shawnya Abdullah, and Dr. Gloria Jones. Dr. Gloria Jones won the Wake County assistant principal of the year in 2006. This school follows a calender called the Wake County modified calender.
The school was built on North Carolina State University's ground. CCMS's logo is a red wolf. The school is referred to often as, Centennial Campus Red Wolves. In July 2006, the school introduced a motto called, HOWL. HOWL is an acronym that stands for, honor, order, wisdom, and leadership. Each class has different rules under each category.
This school was built under a contract that states that there can never be trailers or have more than 600 students. They didn't want it to be overcrowded so that students would have a better education.
